Toasted sunflower seeds
Toasted pine nuts
White wine vinegar
Put all the salad leaves in a bowl. Add the chopped raw zucchini. Add the chopped avocado. Sprinkle over oasted sunflower seeds, toasted pepitas and toasted pine nuts.
Then make your dressing. I used an equal parts mix of white wine vinegar and olive oil with French mustard. In a jar and shake! Pour over the salad. Toss.
Top finally with the hemp seeds and goji berries.
